Columbia, MO — March 13, 2026 — Principia Boys Basketball delivered a statement performance in the Class 3 State Semifinals, overwhelming Mountain View-Liberty 70–33 to earn a spot in the state championship game.
From the opening tip, the Panthers set the tone with energy and precision. Principia jumped out to a 24–10 lead in the first quarter and followed it with a suffocating defensive effort in the second, holding Mountain View-Liberty to just two points while extending the lead to 46–12 at halftime.
The Panthers continued to control the game in the second half, maintaining their intensity and execution on both ends of the floor. Principia shot an efficient 52.9% from the field and 50% from three-point range, consistently finding high-quality looks while limiting their opponent's opportunities.
